By using The Audit Labs and purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully, they're written in plain English, not legalese.
What We Do
The Audit Labs provides professional application audit services. Upon payment, we deliver a comprehensive written report analyzing your application's UX, performance, monetization, retention, and overall product health. We do not provide ongoing development, implementation, or support services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full before audit work begins. For subscription plans (Labs +, Labs ++, Labs +++, Labs Premium), billing occurs monthly on the date of your initial purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final once the audit report has been delivered. If we fail to deliver your report within the agreed timeframe (5 business days for standard plans), you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted to team@theauditlabs.com within 7 days of the missed deadline.
Delivery
Standard audit reports are delivered within 5 business days from the date payment is confirmed and all required information has been submitted (app link, platform, and any additional context). Priority plans (Labs + and above) are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the audit report delivered to you and may use it however you choose. However, The Audit Labs retains full ownership of its proprietary audit methodology, frameworks, processes, and internal tools. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent our reports as your own work.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Our reports are professional analyses and recommendations based on our expertise and review of your application. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue increases, retention improvements, or App Store ranking changes as a result of implementing our recommendations. Results depend entirely on your team's execution.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Audit Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit in question.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing team@theauditlabs.com or through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your plan benefits until the cycle ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us, including your app, business metrics, and internal details, as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
